We’ve been giving Sophie Nutro for almost 3 years. Today she used up the last of her bag and Craig went to buy more from Petco. He called and said that was the LAST time he was buying Nutro for her, as the price rose from $25.00 for the large bag to over $40.00!! Petco employees said it was due to a rice and lamb shortage.
So I started looking around on the internet for some price information and such and found this website, Consumer Affairs.
IF YOU FEED YOUR ANIMALS NUTRO AND HAVE BOUGHT A BAG IN THE PAST WEEK OR SO…. IF YOUR ANIMAL HAS BEEN SICK LATELY…. STOP FEEDING THEM THE NUTRO!!!

Craig called Petco and said asked about the posts and animals getting so ill, she said that there was a bad batch of rice… WELL MAYBE SHE SHOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING THERE WHEN HE BOUGHT IT!!
