My little buddy, Rowan was baptized recently!  How exciting it was for his friends and family, especially his parents, Shay and Catherine!  I’ve been seeing them a lot lately!!  Can’t complain they are sooo much fun, and I really love Ro.

We looove this session!  The bright colors, ring around the rosie, eskimo kissing………… regular kissing!  hehe.  Topped off with some jumping and flowers.  Summertime bliss!

sigh…… welcome little man.

Rowan and I go way back… Look how big he is, and adorable… ugh I could eat him! Can’t wait for the next one buddy, you should be crawling by then… Your ma and I will be TIRED! Go easy… we’re not as fast as you.

With only 3 precious months under his belt, Parker was a tough little one to capture.  But when the mood struck him just right he was full of giggles Tonee was able to capture his bright blue eyes just right.   He even was able to share some of his curiosity through those priceless expressions that only babies can perfect- despite the fact that our nighttime in studio photo session was inching close to his bed time.

I swear I am the worst blogger to ever access a blog. I’m not even sure if I should get an ‘A’ for effort any longer LOL. Well this post, like me, is going to be quite ADD. Bear with me, it’s worth it!

Meet stunning, very pregnant Catherine. We had sooo much fun with her maternity session and she came totally prepaired! Was awesome! Catherine got the New Life package, so you’ll be able to see her wee one over the next month, especially since she had sweet Rowan THIS MORNING! Congratulations Catherine and Shay!

On the 21st my awesomeo cousin married the sweetest guy in Durango, Colorado at the historic Strator Hotel (awesome!)! While they were honeymooning in Myrtle Beach, I finished up their wedding and have been shrinking down my favorites for Facebook and such. This is my sister, she’s just the coolest thing since sliced bread and quite talented herself! As you can see, we love to have fun, and since they live in Phoenix (boo!) we don’t see each other near enough. (sad

This is my wonderful Uncle Dick and awesomeo Aunt Cyndi, Amy’s parents. UD is a cancer survivor, YEAH, and just a huge part of my family. We love them both so much. Here they are watching the vows… I seriously love this image….

And this is my dear Granny. I have soooo many stories about Granny and I love her SO MUCH! Natalie (Nan) is like her little twin! A couple years ago, Granny sent me some jam, and my sister for Christmas. My sister called me up and asked if we received jam, and I said yes, we ate it, was awesome. She said cool, then, how was it sealed… and i said back confused… in a jar with a lid. My sister says, oh nice, mine was sealed with seran wrap and a rubberband

Saturday and Sunday brought us amazing warm sunshine after a cold blizzard just days earlier. The kids had so much fun trick or treating Saturday (I was at a wedding– Neat huh!) But we had a sweet angel (pics on facebook) Freddy K., and Jason in our house this year.

But as warm and nice as it was Saturday and even nicer Sunday, the sun rays just were not following Baby Girl around. Instead she got the brunt of a painful fall off the kitchen table when that nasty black cloud nudged her. She fell… smacked her leg coming down on the bench and snapped the fibula and tibula in her right stem.

We’ve been thru breaks, cuts and bashes with the boys, but it seems that that’s what they are supposed to go thru, because they are boys! Still hard to see any one of your children in pain of course, it just really hit hard when it was our girls turn, our BABY girl… it was difficult watching her deal with massive pain that neither of us could take away. It’s hard.

Man, I have been sooo crazy busy. Every weekend is booked this month, it’s truly a blessing considering the run of bad luck Craig and I had this summer.

 

November 15th is this year’s Christmas Cut-off. This will ensure time for orders to be back to us prior to the festivities.

De Bella Diva, my boudoir division will be headed towards a new name, look, and style.  Pretty Jane will debut soon!  Expect a more grainy, gritty, sexier, raw look and style.  Portfolio building has ALREADY started, so if you want to jump on the bandwagon, please email me 2 photos of yourself if you are interested.  I’ll need a headshot and a full length body shot.   I have casting calls up in the modeling communities, but am opening this up to my current, past, and future clients as well.

The sessions will be boudoir inspired, lingerie, but no need to be nude, however come with an open mind.  Your pictures WILL be on my website and you will need to sign a policy agreement and model release.  You’ll receive reproduction rights for your own portfolios. 

You MUST be at least 18 years old.

• Must be outgoing, able to let me get what I need for this revamp, photo-wise
• I will trade for images, there is no pay involved
• Must provide own lingerie- in very good condition, shoes (stillettos, pumps, mary janes… no strappy sandles or chunky square heels)
• Bring at least 1 pair of black panties.
• Would prefer your make-up be done by M.A.C professional, not at a salon.
• Tats and piercings are enticing!

I’ll need 2 pictures from you to be considered as a model.  The pictures cannot be photoshopped… I want to see YOU, not photoshopped you.

Sigh, I love autumn.  The colors are so golden here in Denver, it’s breathtaking.   These are session from September to MOST of October.  Crazy huh, with more to come!!

My pretty girl is one today. I cannot believe how quickly that year went by. Seems literally like yesterday I was curling her up for newborn pictures. Natalie has almost 4 teeth, has no desire to walk, is very stubborn and independent (like me

Lots of sweet pictures to share. I put Nat in her fancy red polka dot pants, packed up Jayden and Devin and we headed down to my favorite spot. We’d probably not been out but 5-7 minutes and I must have stirred a mosquito nest! We were swarmed much like bees, and my boys booked it down the dirt road screaming like little girls. Meanwhile, Natalie is happy as a lark, just looking around. Not much longer they were just too bad, so we packed up in a hurry, to find about 30-40 skeeters in the car! It was horrid, so my 3 squealing girls

Whew!  I’ve been REALLY busy lately.

Right now I’m in Phoenix with my sister (well I WAS… I saved this draft and didn’t publish LOL).  We’re off in about an hour to go take some images of the 3 girls together, Audrey, Amelie, and Natalie… First time that all girls have been together.  Last weekend, I was in El Paso, Texas for the Ft. Bliss PhotoWeekend.  Operation: Love Reunited photographers came from as far as Pennsylvania, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin to help boost moral amoung deploying soldiers and their families, over 700 of them.

Tuesday night I had the honor of welcoming sweet Amina into the world!  She was soo itty bitty, weighing in at 4 lbs. 11 oz.  So sweet!  Congratulations Alana, Ado, and Aiden on your newest addition.  Call me to schedule Amina’s newborn session.
