How It Works in Denver

Sessions booked with me accommodate immediate family members only.  If you would like your grandparents or friends or anyone not of your immediate family, additional heads are $25 each.  My sessions are shot at a mutual location, with the exception of babies, boudoir, children, small families, and simple senior sessions which may also be shot in my studio.  The are NO traveling fees inside the Denver area.  Your package includes the time of the session, and something you can actually hold in your hand… immediately.  No more minimum orders, no more creative fees… it’s all together.  Theres a small retainer to secure your date of $50, which is subtracted from your package amount that is due in full on the day of the session or before. 

Please review my policies prior to paying your retainer.  It’s very important to me that you understand how I work.  I can’t fix certain things in photoshop that you might consider a mistake, but because of my style of photography, was done on purpose.

RETAINER  |  $50

Your session date and time is reserved by paying the retainer at the time of booking, via Paypal to Tonee.Lawrence@gmail.com.  Upon receipt of the retainer, your account will be credited $50.00 towards the final amount due.  The retainer is non-refundable.

PICK YOUR SESSION  |  $250 ($200 after retainer is paid)

NEWBORN:  a special session that captures the interaction between mom, dad, siblings and baby (less then 14 days old, newer the better) in the comfort of your home, or in my studio.  At this session your baby will also be captured as art by him or herself.  Schedule prior to your baby’s birth, then we’ll schedule a time for the session after the baby is here.  I include a 20-30 minute mini-maternity session with all my newborns.

1st/48:  the bonding session held within the 1st 48 hours of birth at the hospital.  These crucial 48 hours are the most intimate moments between mother and babe.

BABIES & TODDLERS:  held on location or in studio, these sessions capture your child the way you know them.  Lots of smiles and laughter ending with a trip for frozen custard on the house, my favorite!

CHILDREN & FAMILY:  lifestyle family portraiture that captures you as a family, the way you know each other!  All family sessions are scheduled in your home or on location somewhere in the Denver-Metro area.  Immediate family members only, each additional head is $25.

HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS:  Senior sessions with me are fun and funky in multiple locations and multiple clothing changes.  To help ease the expenses of graduating seniors and their parents, I proudly offer a completely separate pricing plan for senior portraits.  Please email for a complete break-down.

BIRTH DOCUMENTATION  |  $800 (includes $200 print credit)

To be able to offer this amazing package at this amazing rate there are some stipulations to these sessions that I must enforce.  Please read on.

My New Life Package includes up to 6 hours of labor, delivery, and bonding with your new baby elegantly captured in black and white.  You’ll receive all the images from the birth or 1st/48 Session- if we must substitute, and a 10×10 20-page album.  Maternity and new-solo (newborn solo session must take place within 14 days of birth) is also included with this special package, with prints and products purchased via a la cart.  You can add 5×5 albums from the added sessions for $200 each.

Please keep in mind that I also have a family, and full time job that we rely on to support our family.  I have to respect both these aspects of my life and my clients at the same time, which tends to be challenging.  I know that some ladies really have their hearts set on a birth documentation, however we all know that babies tend to have their own birth plan.  Sometimes they just do not want to be born!  Therefore I do offer a back-up plan of replacing the birth with a 1st/48 session.  Both are very memorable! The nitty gritty of this package is just below:

• I must have ample notice to ask for time off from work if your birth is expected to go into working hours.  I know this is tough to judge.
• I cannot photograph a labor/delivery past 2am due to my full time job starting at 7.00am
• There are NO REFUNDS, discounts, or additional credits if I am unable to make it to your birth, and your birth session will be replaced with my 1st/48 session.  If this happens the session will need to happen within the 1st 48 hours of giving birth.
• Your newborn must be photographed with in 14 days of his or her birth.
• Your maternity session must happen after 32 weeks.

Extended Family/Friend Sessions  |  $500

Perfect for family reunions.  Minimum order must total $1000 combined

MODELS & CORPORATE  |  $200

Includes most valued 5 images in high resolution with release.

Rates effective June 7th, 2009.  Rates may change at any time without notice.  Company Policies, Copyright & Model Release Agreements are to be signed before all sessions.  All sessions that are scheduled with Tonee follow the Denver rates regardless of location.  All copyrights are maintained by Tonee Lawrence.  Rates are only guarenteed for 30 days after a creative fee has been paid.  All credits expire also after 30 days and are not redeemable for any cash value.  Due to the custom nature of these services and products, all sales are final.
